Roberta is Box3’s globe-trotting partner and font of creative energy. Open and friendly, warm and welcoming, she has an eye for colour, a feel for texture and is a perfectionist at the core. She was a child in Ecuador, a teenager in the US and spent her 20’s travelling the world in search of inspiration and thrills.
Roberta is multilingual by nature and multicultural at heart, a veteran of Ibiza who rose through the ranks of the Pacha Group before being head-hunted by Box3. She is happiest in the kitchen, both designing and using them. She loves to walk the campo in spring.

Jaime Romano

Jaime is the structural backbone and chief technician of Box3. Since graduating from Escuela Tecnica Superior De Arquitectura De Barcelona he has devoted his life to the study and practice of architecture. With offices in Barcelona and Ibiza, Jaime has overseen more new constructions and renovations than he can even remember.
Jaime approaches each new project with the same care and attention to detail as the very first. He is never happy while being restricted by physics and always tries to push the boundaries of what is realistically achievable. A seasoned traveller and master of five languages, he takes inspiration from anywhere and everywhere.

Rosa Rey

Rosa adds her own unique flavour to the Box3 mix. A graduate of EAO de Ibiza in interior design, she loves to talk concepts, colours and styles. She is hands-on throughout the process and always keeps an eye on the goal.
She loves to sail and has seen the island from the outside-in, weighing anchor in remote northern coves only accessible by sea. Rosa is a master of five languages, if you include the international languages of style and good taste.

María Masot

Maria keeps it all in check for Box3 as our head of administration. Dependable and responsible, she is here to make sure everything adds up. Maria is only happy when she has done her very best and can get a little impatient with people who don’t do the same.
She is a native of Barcelona and has worked in the UK. Not one for la vida loca, she prefers to spend her downtime with colleagues after work. She has already visited four continents and aims to do more.

Loli Miron

Our logistical angel and dynamic co-ordinator, Loli moves mountains to make it all happen for our clients. When there’s a deadline to meet, she meets it head first. She is a positive thinker who always has the answer.
When she isn’t moving mountains for Box3, Loli enjoys sliding down them in Andorra. She is socially conscious, environmentally aware and loves to hike in the campo during winter.

Giulia is one of our youngest architects, enthusiastic, detailed and dedicated to her work with professionalism. Always cheerful and willing to learn.
She is from Italy and has worked and studied in many places in Europe. She is passionate about traveling and meeting new places.
